The Kremlin is demanding more than just the surrender of a Ukrainian region.

Russia during the Abu Dhabi talks has put forward a new condition for ending the war - international recognition of Donbass as Russian.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Russian media.

Now Russia for the onset of peace requires not only the surrender of Donbass, but also the recognition of it as Russian by "all countries" that are negotiating.
