"Maduro Knows Pretty Much Everything About Putin."

A political technologist revealed what Russia actually lost in Venezuela.
The US conducted an operation in Venezuela that brought down the regime of Nicolas Maduro. He was flown to the US, where he was charged with conspiracy against the US, narco-terrorism and weapons possession. This was a disaster for Russia.
This opinion was voiced to "24 Kanal" by political technologist Mikhail Sheitelman, noting that Venezuela, led by Maduro, was the base of all Russian crimes and money-laundering schemes. At the same time, the Americans deliberately chose the right moment for the operation.
What did Russia really lose in Venezuela?"
Reuters reported that after the operation in Venezuela, Vladimir Putin is happy that the US president is focused on the Western Hemisphere, can "get stuck" there and "leave Ukraine for Russia. However, according to the political technologist, this is not the case. In fact, Russia has lost something.
"First, it's image. Secondly, it talks about the oil story. However, there is a third thing - Venezuela was a real dumping ground for Russians. Huge Russian oil and cocaine money was laundered on the pirate island of Tortuga, there were even bases of PMC "Wagner". Patrushev and Lukashenko came there. This is, in fact, Russian territory," he emphasized.
In addition, on January 7, the United States began intercepting oil tankers, some of them carrying Russian oil. Scheitelman noted that this shows that the Americans have actually stumbled upon a nest of pirates of world terrorism, in which Russia was also involved. Therefore, this is a real disaster for the Kremlin.
In the meantime, the Russian dictator did not comment on the US actions against Venezuela. The political analyst noted that Putin "disappeared" some time before the new year. The Kremlin said that he was being treated and would undergo surgery. Obviously, the United States knew about this and, according to Sheitelman, specifically chose such a time for the operation in Venezuela.
"If Putin knew about this, as soon as the Americans arrived in Venezuela, he would have ordered the Wagnerites to kill Maduro. After all, he is a valuable asset to the Russians. Now Maduro is sitting and telling everything about Lukashenko, about the financing of PMC Wagner, about operations in Africa, about all the accounts, etc.," he explained.
The political technologist added that Maduro knows almost everything about Russia. He may have seen Putin personally several times, but Patrushev, an aide to the Russian dictator, lived at his home.
