Ukraine mirrors refraining from strikes.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that the countdown of the "energy truce" began on the night of January 30. Zelensky said this during his evening address.

"The American side talked about abstaining from energy strikes for a week, and on the night of today the countdown began," the head of state said.

According to Zelensky, it now depends on the United States how the truce will go.

"Ukraine is ready to mirror refrain from strikes, and today we did not strike Russian energy facilities," the president said.

He noted that in all regions from the night to Friday there were indeed no strikes on energy facilities.

"Almost none. Except for Donetsk region, where there was one strike on gas infrastructure, a strike of aerial bombs. We are also now seeing Russia's reorientation towards strikes on logistics, on hub stations. In particular, one of the cars of Ukrzaliznytsia, a special power station car, was hit - this morning it happened in Dniprovshchyna. It is important that our railroad workers work and provide communication in all regions," - said Zelensky.

The President also informed that all day continued attacks by drones, aerial bombs. In particular, warehouses of the American company "Philip Morris" were hit, as well as there were strikes on Nikopol, on Kherson, border areas of Kharkiv, Sumy and Chernihiv regions. He stated that "the Ukrainian attitude is absolutely mirror-like".
