Paris is determined to increase pressure on Moscow.

France remains determined to increase pressure on Russia and "at the European level" is working on new sanctions against Moscow. French President Emmanuel Macron wrote about this on his page in social network X, duplicating his post in Ukrainian.

"France remains determined to increase pressure on Russia as long as it refuses peace. We are working on new sanctions at the European level and will continue our efforts to stop the shadow fleet," Macron said.

The French president emphasized that France would send generators to Ukraine to "help the population survive the winter." He also emphasized that France intends to support Ukraine "as long as necessary."

"Ukraine can count on France as part of the 'coalition of the willing.' We continue to work to create conditions for a just and lasting peace that guarantees the security of Ukraine and Europe," Macron wrote.

He also added that France had studied the talks that took place in Abu Dhabi and "came to the conclusion" that Europeans "should be fully involved in the issues discussed by the parties."
