U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, during an appearance before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, revealed who determines the foreign policy of the United States.

"One man determines the foreign policy of the United States. His name is Donald Trump," he said.

He emphasized that no person other than Trump has the right to dictate the country's foreign policy.
