Armenian Parliament Speaker Alen Simonyan characterized Russian propagandist Vladimir Solovyov and "Russian world" ideologue Alexander Dugin in a commentary for 24TV.

"There is a good expression in the Russian language, but I don't want to say it on air. They are both ... on a stick. For me they are not different from each other in any way," Simonyan said.
