Residents of the capital are outraged.
Five out of nine districts of Minsk cold batteries and lost hot water. The reduction of heat supply parameters affected Frunzenski, Maskouski, Central, Soviet and Oktyabrski districts. The pipe, leading from Minsk CHPP-4, burst near Akademika Karski Street in Sukharevo neighborhood. The water leaked out onto the roadway and blocked the traffic. Communal workers promised to solve the problem by lunchtime, but Minsk residents are still sitting without heat.
