Trump's special envoy is thrilled with Ukraine's president.

Trump's special envoy Keith Kellogg said that he believes Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky is a stubborn politician in a good way. He attributed this to the fact that Zelensky has his own opinions and is not afraid to express them.

Kellogg said this in an interview with ITV News.

"He's a tough son of a bitch ... He's stubborn. He has his own opinions. And he's not afraid to express it. He's media savvy. He is a leader who is under constant pressure and yet is courageous. And I've told people in the administration that we haven't seen a leader like this in the United States since Abraham Lincoln," Kellogg said.

He also revealed that he once told U.S. President Donald Trump, "Sir, he's a lot like you."
