Ukrainian Warriors Hit Russia's Steel Horse And Ilsk Refinery

The General Staff of the AFU revealed new details.

Ukraine's defense forces struck targets in Russia on the night of September 7. Warriors attacked part of the Steel Horse oil pipeline and the Ilsk refinery.

Druzhba oil pipeline

The General Staff notes that units of missile troops and artillery, as well as the Force of unmanned systems hit the line-production dispatch station (LPDS) "8-N" near the settlement of Naitopovichi in the Bryansk region.

The station is part of the Steel Horse trunk oil pipeline complex with a pumping capacity of 10.5 million tons. The facility is of strategic importance to ensure the transportation of oil products for the Russian occupation army.

"Numerous hits were recorded with subsequent fire in the area of the pumping station and tank farm," the report said.

The commander of the AFU's Unmanned Systems Force Robert Brovdy ("Madyar") said the attacked facility is of strategic importance for the transportation of oil products from Belarusian refineries to Russia, particularly from the Mozyr and Novopolotsk refineries.

Ilsk refinery

Also overnight, units of the Special Operations Forces attacked the facilities of the Ilysk refinery in Krasnodar Krai. This refinery refines 6.42 million tons of oil annually and is involved in supplying the occupation forces.

They recorded explosions and a fire in the area of the refinery.

The General Staff added that they also confirmed successful hits on the locations of the occupants' personnel and logistics depots of Russian military units in the Kursk region.
