Azerbaijani MiG-29s Start Bombing Russian Army In Ukraine

Ukraine's armed forces could receive up to three MiG-29 fighters from Azerbaijan, which were under repair in Ukraine at the beginning of the full-scale invasion.

This was reported by Defence Express.

"Ukraine's air force could be replenished with up to three MiG-29s. Although it is not much, it is still a good reinforcement," Defence Express noted.

According to media reports, it was three MiG-29s of the Azerbaijani Air Force that were under repair at the Lviv Aircraft Repair Plant before the full-scale invasion began.

Reminder that on September 4, a photo of a Ukrainian MiG-29 with camouflage typical of the Azerbaijani Air Force circulated in the network. In the photo, the fighter is painted in blue, gray and violet-gray tones and, judging by its armament, was on a combat mission.

The date and place of the photo are unknown, but the aircraft was carrying R-27 and R-73 air-to-air missiles.
