If they're not Russian.

Ukraine is ready to ensure Slovakia's energy stability with the help of joint projects - through imports of electricity, as well as exports of Ukrainian energy resources to the territory of Slovakia.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said this on September 5 during a joint press conference with Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fitzo in Uzhgorod, New Voice.

"We are ready to have joint energy projects. We are ready to supply gas and oil on Slovak territory. And I said frankly to the prime minister, if it's not Russian gas, if it's not Russian oil. Because we are at war. That's the end of it," the Ukrainian head of state said.

President Zelensky also noted that Ukraine has always had a surplus of electricity, and despite Russian strikes on the energy system, official Kiev managed to provide appropriate assistance to Moldova.

The Ukrainian head of state believes that if it were not for Russian shelling, Ukraine would be helping in terms of energy, in particular, and Slovakia too.

"As for Ukraine, Ukraine responds to Russian strikes on our energy facilities, and will respond. But we really want this war to end, but no one will just tolerate in the dark," the Ukrainian president summarized.
