Gold Price Set A New Record

By the end of the year, the price could reach $4,000 per ounce.
In the evening on September 30, the price of gold reached a new record.
By 18:00 Minsk, the price of December gold futures on the Comex exchange rose by $25.75 (0.67%), to $3,881 per troy ounce.
Silver futures fell in price by 0.21%, to $46.9 per ounce.
The Financial Times, citing sources, wrote that the rise in gold prices is due to inflows into ETFs and risks of the U.S. government shutdown. Analysts do not exclude that the price of gold may reach $4 thousand ounce by the end of the year.
