Roman Svitan: Moscow - Get Ready

Neptune missiles are already reaching deep into Russian territory.
On the night of September 29, the Ukrainian Defense Forces hit the Karachev plant "Electrodetal" in the Bryansk region - the Navy and the General Staff of the AFU claim that Neptun missiles operated on the facility, and a fire and production stoppage were recorded at the enterprise.
What are the actual range limits of the Neptun complex under current conditions? About this site Charter97.org talked to the colonel of the AFU in reserve, military expert and pilot-instructor Roman Svitan:
- There are several variants of complexes "Neptune". The basic range is 280-300 kilometers. This is a missile of coastal missile complex, which is converted from "ground-ship" to "ground-to-ground". That is, the working range is 280 kilometers.
Now the task is to increase it to 400-500 kilometers. It is possible that in the near future we will see such a range. 500 km is already Moscow, actually. Let them get ready. By and large, "Long Neptune" has already fulfilled its combat mission.
Now, at this stage, four missiles are loaded each in a counter-rocket launcher. All four missiles that were launched reached the target, fulfilled the combat mission, destroyed the technological cycle. At the Electrodetal plant in the Bryansk region, production facilities were destroyed, at least suspended.
Further we will see what damage will be discovered during the week. I think the Ukrainian General Staff will already report in the information flow after verification of objective control data. But for now we can say with certainty that all four missiles have hit the target.
- What objects on the territory of the Russian Federation can currently be effectively hit by the standard version of the Neptune missile? We will achieve that "Neptune" flew to Moscow - then we can say that he is. At the moment, most likely, either pre-production or serial tests are being conducted.
A standard "Neptune", which is now available - with a range of about 300 kilometers - it can cover almost completely five regions of Russia: Bryansk, Kursk, Voronezh, Belgorod and Rostov. That is, it can reach almost anywhere in these regions. There are tons of military facilities there, from warehouses to airfields. Everything will depend on the number of these missiles, i.e. how many of them the AFU has.
