Elections In Moldova: Latest Turnout Data Available

The highest turnout in the country was recorded in Dondyushan and Soroca districts.
By 17:00 on September 28, more than 1.3 million Moldovan citizens had voted in the parliamentary elections. This is about 43% of voters, the Central Election Commission reported, writes newsmaker.

At polling stations abroad, more than 200 thousand Moldovan citizens had voted by 17:30. The polling stations in Tokyo and Beijing have already closed, while the last five polling stations in the United States and Canada started working at 17:00.
The CEC also reported 141 violations recorded by the General Inspectorate of Police until 16:00. These included 58 cases of photographing ballots, eight cases of electioneering, eight cases of suspected voter bribery, six cases of ballot tampering and other violations.
