The meeting between the dictators of Russia and Belarus Vladimir Putin and Alexander Lukashenko has been going on for three hours and forty minutes and is not over yet. The dictators continued their communication in Putin's office.

"Having talked for three hours and 40 minutes... Lukashenko and Putin left for the working office of the Russian president. Now the conversation is going on there," the report says.

After the one-on-one talks in the Kremlin, the dictators of Belarus and Russia had a working breakfast. According to the published menu, Putin treated Lukashenko to a protein omelet, green buckwheat with avocado and egg, as well as cottage cheese casserole with raisins and strawberries.
