Trump Demanded That Erdogan Stop Buying Russian Oil

The presidents of the U.S. and Turkey are holding a joint meeting.

U.S. President Donald Trump said in a meeting with Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan that he insists Turkey stop buying Russian oil.

"We have a great relationship in the area of war and trade. I would like him to stop buying oil from Russia while Russia continues its actions against Ukraine," Trump said.
