Russians Surrendering In Desperation On The Pokrovsky Direction

The head of intelligence of the First Assault Regiment of the AFU told about the situation.

The situation in the Pokrovsky direction remains difficult. However, there is already some positive news from there.

The intelligence chief of the First Separate Assault Regiment named after the Hero of Ukraine "Da Vinci" with the call sign "Khrom" told "24 Kanal". According to him, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces were able to somewhat stabilize the situation in the Pokrovsky direction. The enemy has been pushed away from Dobropillya.

The military noted that significant enemy forces are now cut off from the main forces in the direction of Dobropillya. They are actually left without logistics. This can be seen from the prisoners.

"Many Russian military personnel are surrendering out of desperation. We have taken prisoners who have not eaten anything for 10 days. They voluntarily go into captivity, realizing the futility of the situation," Khrom noted.

The enemy has no intention of advancing on this section of the front. They regularly throw additional units here. That is why the situation remains difficult. However, Ukrainian units are carrying out counter-offensive actions.

"We are moving forward and trying to block the ways of the enemy's advancement to the borders defined by them. So far, the situation is in our favor," the military officer stressed.
