The Secret Service has already stepped in.
US President Donald Trump complained of "triple sabotage" during his participation in the UN General Assembly.
The White House reports.
Trump said that first the escalator he was using suddenly stopped. Later, a teleprompter stopped working in the auditorium during his speech and the sound was cut off.
"This is not an accident - this is triple sabotage at the United Nations. They should be ashamed of themselves. I am sending a copy of this letter to the Secretary General and demand an immediate investigation," he wrote.
Trump emphasized that it is no surprise that the UN "cannot do the job it was created to do." He also demanded that all footage from cameras near the escalator be preserved, especially the moment the emergency button was pressed.
Trump added that the Secret Service has already intervened.
