President Of Poland: Human Rights Situation In Belarus Is Our Priority

Polish President Karol Nawrocki, speaking at the UN General Assembly in New York on September 23, stated Warsaw's priority on the human rights situation in Belarus, reports TVN
We consider the Human Rights Council as the main human rights body in the United Nations system, which plays a key role in upholding protection standards. That is why Poland has put forward its candidacy for membership in the Human Rights Council for 2029-2031," Karol Nawrocki said.
We recall that the 80th session of the UN General Assembly takes place September 23-29.
