Trump Claimed To Have Stopped Armenia's War With Cambodia

The politician noted that the conflict was allegedly "just beginning."

US President Donald Trump said he was the one who stopped Cambodia's war with Armenia. But he named Cambodia instead of Azerbaijan, confusing the countries in his speech.

This was reported by C-SPAN.

In the speech, Trump took credit for "stopping the war" between Cambodia and Armenia. He noted that the conflict was allegedly just beginning and could have had dire consequences.

"We have Cambodia, Armenia. We have Kosovo, Serbia, Israel, Iran, Egypt, Ethiopia. It's a beauty, they built that little dam in Ethiopia, which is the biggest dam in the world," he said.

It should be noted that Armenia has been fighting Azerbaijan in Nagorno-Karabakh, but Trump confused the states, naming Cambodia instead of Azerbaijan.
