German Chancellor says Russian dictator must not be conceded.

German Chancellor Friedrich Merz called Russian dictator Vladimir Putin "the most serious war criminal of our time."

He said this in an interview with Sat.1 TV channel, ntv reported.

"He is a war criminal. Perhaps the most serious war criminal of our time that we are now seeing on a large scale," Merz emphasized.

"And we just have to be clear about how to deal with war criminals. There is no room for concession," the politician added.
