Ukrainians confront hundreds of thousands of occupiers.
More than 700,000 Russian soldiers are near the front line in Ukraine as of September 18.
Russian dictator Vladimir Putin said this, TASS reported.
Putin commented on the idea of quotas for Russian soldiers in the government at a meeting with faction leaders. According to him, not all occupants "see themselves as civil servants."
"You see, there are over 700,000 people on the line of contact," the dictator added.
He suggested choosing among the Russian military such people who "want and are inclined to such an activity" as working in the authorities.
