The border will remain closed.
During a conference in Lublin, Poland's Minister of Interior and Administration Marcin Kerwiński was asked about the timing of the reopening of border crossings with Belarus, wp.pl reports.
He noted that the border will be reopened only when there is full confidence in the absence of threats and provocations for Poland. At the same time, Kierwiński emphasized that the Border Guard Service recorded increased activity of drones:
- Tonight the Border Guard Service observed increased activity of Belarusian and Russian drones, which tried to cross Polish airspace. It can be seen that the situation on the Polish-Belarusian border is still very, very tense. If we receive information from the services that everything is becoming safe, then we will open the border," stressed Kerwiński.
We remind you that on the eve of the exercise "West-2025," on the night of September 12, Poland closed the border with Belarus, blocking the land corridor for Chinese goods to Europe.
