Poland And Ukraine To Sign Drone Cooperation Agreement

Poland and Ukraine are preparing to sign an agreement on cooperation in the field of drone technology.
Polish National Defense Minister Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysh said this during a visit to Kiev, RMF24 reported.
The minister said the document will provide for the development of joint initiatives and training of military personnel using Ukrainian experience in the use of drones on the battlefield.
Kosiniak-Kamysz emphasized that the implementation of knowledge gained in Ukraine is key to the transformation of the Polish Armed Forces and NATO as a whole.
He also recalled the importance of developing the NATO-Ukraine Analysis, Training and Education Center (JATEC) in the Polish city of Bydgoszcz, which is a unique institution directly linking the Alliance with Ukraine.
The Minister noted Kiev's readiness for cooperation and stressed that emotions in relations between countries should not affect the strategic goal.
"The enemy is elsewhere, and it is a mistake to look for him inside us," he stressed.
In the framework of his visit, Kosiniak-Kamysh also visited the Polish military cemetery in Bykivna and held meetings with Ukrainian Defense Minister Denis Shmygal, SNBO Secretary Rustem Umerov and other government officials.
We will remind, this morning Vladyslav Kosiniak-Kamysh arrived with a visit lo the Ukrainian capital. Together with him came a delegation of the Polish Defense Ministry and Armed Forces.
The Polish Ministry announced a discussion of military cooperation, further support for Ukraine and the security situation against the background of Russian aggression.
