What the support package includes.

The document enshrines a new long-term framework of cooperation between the two countries, covering security, defense, economy, science, technology and cultural ties.

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine reports.

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has ratified the Centennial Partnership Agreement with the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (registration No. 0332).

Special attention in the agreement is paid to defense. The UK commits to provide Ukraine with at least 3.6 billion pounds sterling worth of military aid annually until the financial year 2030/31. After that, on an as-needed basis.

The support package includes:

training the Ukrainian military;

pilot support and military aviation supplies;

joint production of defense products;

engagement in Joint Expeditionary Engagement formats such as the Joint Expeditionary Force.

We recall that on January 16, Ukraine and the UK signed an agreement on a 100-year partnership. It is assumed that it will be valid for the next 100 years, unless either party wants to withdraw from it.
