The airport in Lublin is closed.

In Poland, residents of the Lubelskie Voivodeship received reports of a threat of an air attack. The messages were received by residents of Chełmskie, Krasnostawskie, Łęczyński, Swinda and Włodawa counties. This happened on Saturday evening, September 13, writes onet.pl.

"Threat of air attack. Exercise extreme caution. Follow the instructions of the services. Expect further reports," the reports said.

An air attack threat has been ordered to turn on air raid sirens in Chelm. "Please remain calm and follow official reports," the city's mayor Jakub Banaszek appealed.

The sirens were also switched on in Svidnik. "We ask to remain calm and follow official messages," the mayor said.

As Charter97.org wrote earlier, Poland raised air force into the sky because of Russian Federation drones over Ukraine.
