Political prisoner, leader of the Belarusian Congress of Democratic Trade Unions (BKDP) Alexander Yaroshuk. He is on the list of 52 political prisoners released by Lukashenko's regime.

The leader of the Belarusian Congress of Democratic Trade Unions was arrested in April 2022 and sentenced to four years in prison under Articles 342 and 361 of the Criminal Code - for "organizing actions that grossly violate public order" and "calls for actions detrimental to the national interests of the country". Alexander Yaroshuk pleaded not guilty.
