Philosopher Vladimir Matskevich Has Been Released From Prison

He was sentenced to five years in a penal colony.

Among the 52 freed political prisoners released by Lukashenko's regime is philosopher Vladimir Matskevich, German Wave reports.

He was sentenced to 5 years in colony on articles on gross violation of order, insulting Lukashenko and creation of "extremist formation".

Matskevich was detained in the summer of 2021, during his imprisonment he went on hunger strike, he was transferred to the prison regime and to the PKT.
