In Odessa, powerful explosions were heard on the coast, which occurred probably due to the explosion of a cargo ship on a sea mine. The ship has suffered significant damage, and smoke is coming from its wreckage, which is spreading uncontrollably, "Focus" reports.
A cargo ship has exploded on a sea mine near the coast of Odessa, according to local media. Eyewitnesses report that thick smoke is rising from parts of the ship. In addition, the media noted that sea mines are floating in the water area near the city, and this may pose a threat to civilian vessels that move along this route.

Subsequently, it became known that the Odessa district was subjected to a massive attack by Russian drones, with Chernomorsk suffering the most. The energy infrastructure was damaged, more than 29 thousand subscribers were left without light. In general, restoration work is ongoing and critical infrastructure is running from generators. Private houses and administrative premises were affected, in some places there were fires, there is one injured person. According to preliminary data, more than 50 drones were released on the city.
