Zelensky Spoke About The Agreement Reached With Russia

Prisoners will be exchanged between Ukraine and Russia.
Ukraine and Russia have agreed on the exchange of 1,200 prisoners after the third round of talks in Istanbul. This was reported by President Vladimir Zelensky in his Telegram channel after a meeting with the head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak and the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Rustem Umerov.
"Among the key issues is the continuation of the exchange of prisoners of war. There is an agreement on the exchange of 1,200 people, the work on clarifying the lists continues. The NSDC Secretary reported on communication with the Russian representative," Zelensky noted. He added that Ukraine also seeks to achieve the return of civilians and separate work is being done on each of such cases.
In addition, Andriy Yermak informed the President about the interaction with key international partners, including the United States, as well as diplomatic efforts aimed at the return of Ukrainian children taken to Russia. With Rustem Umerov, the head of state discussed the agenda of the next meetings of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Stavka. The focus is on preparing the energy sector and critical infrastructure for the winter period, developing the air defense system and launching long-range strikes against Russian logistics.
