The Ukrainian president had a "very good conversation" with the head of Finland.
Russians are giving negative signals regarding meetings between the leaders of Ukraine, Russia and the United States and further developments, the head of the Ukrainian state Vladimir Zelensky said.
In Telegram, he wrote that he had a "very good conversation" with Finnish President Alexander Stubb, and that there was a coordination of positions for the sake of stronger results.
"An important direction is relations with the United States, maximum substance in these relations. Now the Russians, unfortunately, are giving negative signals regarding meetings and further developments. The strikes on our towns and villages continue. Every day there are new victims. The Russians will only consider strong pressure in response to all this. Pressure is necessary. We are counting on it. We need steps exactly from Russia - steps towards real diplomacy," the Ukrainian president stressed.
Zelensky also emphasized that teams involving Europeans, Americans and other Ukrainian partners in the "coalition of the willing" are actively preparing the architecture of strong and multilateral security guarantees for Ukraine.
"Military commanders, defense ministers, security advisers - at different levels we are preparing the components of future security. We are accelerating in defining the details. It is already time to organize and the format for the leaders' conversation to determine the key emphases and deadlines," he added.
