Russian dictator Vladimir Putin does not like his Ukrainian counterpart Vladimir Zelensky. This is how American leader Donald Trump responded to a question from reporters after signing executive orders at the White House.

"Why doesn't Putin want to meet with Zelensky?" a journalist asked.

"He doesn't like him. He doesn't like him," the Republican replied.

Trump also announced that the U.S. is "no longer spending money on Ukraine," and that all negotiations on the purchase of weapons for the Ukrainian army are being conducted through NATO.
