The AFU soldier suggested why Lukashenko was very nervous.
Already this fall, the Russian Federation plans to hold an exercise "West-2025" on the territory of Belarus. In 2022, during such exercises, the Russians entered Ukraine from the territory of this country and moved towards Kiev.
Although the personnel of Belarus is not enough for this, Lukashenko is worried about such a scenario. This opinion "24 Kanal" was expressed by the AFU serviceman and political analyst Kirill Sazonov, explaining that he may be afraid of the Ukrainian military.
According to the AFU serviceman, Belarus does not have enough personnel to attack Ukraine from its territory, while Ukraine controls the situation. Interestingly, at a meeting with Putin, Lukashenko said he was creating an entire division of special forces on the border with Ukraine.
"If he wanted to intimidate us with his special forces, who have never fought, our infantrymen, who have combat experience, will "eat him for breakfast," he said.
But there will still be exercises, it was during such exercises "West-2021" that a full-scale invasion began in 2022. The shortest distance to Kiev is precisely from Belarus. The Russian dictator is looking for a favorable position for peace talks, so putting pressure on the Ukrainian capital by reporting on these exercises is the best option for the Kremlin.
- A rollout from Belarus will not be a surprise for us. This is exactly why Lukashenko is nervous. He realizes that if they come from Belarus again, no one will listen to him. He saw the Kursk operation and realizes that there can be a "Minsk operation", then everything will be over for him," Sazonov emphasized.
