Dictators of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko plans to arrange a meeting with Russian ruler Vladimir Putin in the near future and discuss all the most important issues one-on-one. This was stated by the press secretary of the dictator of Belarus Natalya Eismont to TASS.

Lukashenko said earlier that he had a telephone conversation with Putin on July 27.

"So to speak, a pool of topics - both on bilateral relations and international agenda," Eismont said. According to her information, the dictators did not discuss program issues over the phone the day before. "There are topics that are better not to discuss on the phone at all," said the press secretary of the Belarusian dictator.
