What Will Happen To Putin In The Fall

Positive signals from the U.S.
Over the past six months, we have seen President Trump's change of heart, which in practice led to the suspension of arms deliveries. The U.S. has long played a give-and-take game with Russia, but that game ended when Trump issued a 50-day ultimatum to Russia. And then he also emphasized that the tough sanctions stipulated in the ultimatum could come into effect sooner. The logical question is: Will Trump's mood change again?
The answer to that question we just heard. U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that President Donald Trump is losing patience and willingness to continue waiting for steps from the Russian side that will lead to the end of the war in Ukraine. These words were aired on Fox News (probably the most pro-Trump media in the United States).
A small quote from Marco Rubio: "Trump is not going to allow himself to be trapped. He's not going to have endless conversations about talking points." How resolute the current American president can be, the world witnessed during the US strikes on Iran's nuclear facilities. Recall that those strikes were also preceded by an ultimatum. Of course, we do not expect our overseas partners to attack Russian military facilities, but the United States can make certain powerful steps.
First, we are waiting for arms deliveries, both American and European. Second, we count on sanctions, the quintessence of which is that India (and not only) will be forced to refuse Russian energy resources and this, in turn, will lead to a decrease in the corresponding revenues to the rf budget by about 20% (such a figure can collapse any economy).
Third, we know that Trump is scheduled to meet with Chinese President Si Jinping in the fall. If we believe the conclusions of experts on foreign policy relations, China does not need Russia's defeat, but neither does it need a victory. Consequently, some points of contact between Trump and Xi are possible. Also possible in the near term is a meeting between Trump and the Turkish leader, who is taking an increasingly pro-Ukrainian stance as time goes on.
In short, the international community is capable of putting Putin in a pretty tight vise in the next few months. But when it comes to diplomatic strategy, it is always worth remembering that the basic position of politicians and diplomats in the international arena is provided by the Defense Forces.
Daily we demonstrate to the world that Ukraine is pressuring the enemy both on the frontline and on its territory. In particular, today Ukrainian drones partially paralyzed the communication routes of the Russian Federation: about a hundred flights in Moscow and St. Petersburg were delayed or canceled. As a result of an attack by our drones, a naval parade was canceled - for the first time since 2017, when the tradition of Russian Navy parades was introduced.
There is also information that our drones hit a substation near a railroad on the territory of the Volgograd region of the Russian Federation, which led to a massive delay of trains. The strikes on transport infrastructure have not only a military effect, but also a psychological effect, the importance of which is noted by sociologists: Russians "far from the war" should feel that the war is near.
At the same time, in addition to the high-profile results, there is invisible to the general public, hard, daily combat work, which is summarized by the phrase: reflecting the summer offensive. We do not expect instant results, we are ready to fight as long as necessary for the Ukrainian state to preserve its sovereignty and independence. Glory to Ukraine!
