On The Pokrovsky Direction A Rare Assault Of The Occupants Was Repulsed

For the first time in a long time, the enemy threw armored vehicles into battle in the Pokrovsky direction. However, the soldiers of the 155 separate mechanized brigade named after Anna Kievskaya repulsed the mechanized assault of the Russian occupants.
This happened near the village of Shevchenko, they note in DeepState. The 155 OMBR adds that it was possible to repel the assault thanks to coordinated actions of artillery and the Force of unmanned systems.
Occupants in the Pokrovsk direction are active, but for a considerable time they did not use heavy equipment. This is the first time in a long time that the enemy made a mechanized assault, using heavy equipment to break through the defenses of the Ukrainian defenders.
"The assault took place for a reason, it is a consistent attempt to break through after the previous entry of a group of infantry into Pokrovsk. However, the location chosen for the assault remains a mystery, namely the area of Shevchenko village, not Zverevo, where the enemy found a weak spot in the defense," DeepState believes.
However, Ukrainian fighters repelled this attack because the invaders' equipment "has long been an easy target for FPV drone crews, especially in open terrain."
Specialists believe that "one should expect and be ready for such actions," but most likely already without equipment, the occupiers "will climb with their greatest resource - infantry."
155th separate mechanized brigade named after Anna Kievskaya is a unit in the AFU Ground Forces. The brigade was created in early 2024, and already in the fall of that year the brigade's soldiers were trained in France and Poland. In December, it returned to Ukraine and entered the battles near Pokrovskoye.
The brigade is now armed with French VAB armored personnel carriers, Leopard 2 tanks, AMX-10RC wheeled tanks, CAESAR self-propelled howitzers, Mistral MANPADS and MILAN MANPADS. The 155th OMBR also has a Manticora unmanned systems battalion and a REB company.
