It has nothing to offer either to the community or to outside players.

Western think tanks are discussing the question: what will happen to Belarus after Lukashenka's death. The planning horizon is from five to ten years. They have nowhere to hurry. Everything is following a predictable trajectory.

In Moscow, this scenario was worked out many years ago. Lukashenko has long ago become a banality. He has nothing to offer either to society or to external players. The only question is the timing, but not the substance.
