BILD: Lukashenko Attacks Germany With Illegals

The goal is to "destabilize the political situation."
Lukashenko and Putin are increasingly using refugees as a weapon on the EU's eastern border. Its goal, as the most popular German newspaper BILD (translated by Charter97.org) writes, is "to destabilize the political situation in Germany."
The past few days have been a test for Poland. Pressure on the border is growing every day. Last Thursday, 115 attempts to cross the border illegally were recorded.
Over the weekend (Friday through Sunday), 390 migrants were returned. On Monday alone, 185 tried to break through the fences. They were stopped and pushed back.
"This year, 20,583 illegal entries from Belarus to the EU have already been prevented. But the fear remains: a new refugee crisis could seriously hit Europe. The EU border with Belarus is protected by fences, drones and personnel. But that's what is often missing - time and time again, groups manage to break through or attack," BILD writes.
Migrants make their way through Moscow (Russia), Doha (Qatar), Istanbul (Turkey) and Benghazi (Libya) to Minsk. From there, Lukashenko directs them to the border - in buses, with tools to sabotage border fences. Now 78 passenger planes fly weekly from Turkey to Belarus - in April there were only 20.
BILD reports that the state airline Belavia has started regular flights from Minsk to Benghazi. The first flight on the new plane took place on June 18.
BILD asked German Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt (CSU) about the situation on the border. He made it clear: "Poland defends on the border with Belarus not only its own territory but also the external border of Europe."
The German minister said the government in Warsaw was "doing an outstanding job." "I fully support the measures taken by Poland to protect the EU's external border," he said.
