For protesting.
Democrat MP from the state of Texas Al Green was taken out of the US Congress hall during President Donald Trump's address to both chambers of Parliament. The politician allegedly violated the order by shouting slogans.
This is reported by CNN.
A few minutes after the beginning of Trump's speech, Green got up from his seat, raised his cane and began shouting phrases.
House Speaker Mike Johnson urged the politician to sit down and keep order, but he refused, saying:
‘He has no mandate!’, referring to Trump.
After several warnings, Johnson instructed the House sergeant-at-arms to escort the intruder out to applause from Republicans.
