Zelensky: Russia Lost About 350 Thousand Military Killed

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has reported new data on the number of Ukrainian military casualties since the beginning of the full-scale war. According to him, since then 45,100 military men have died in the war against the Russian Federation.

He stated this in an interview with British journalist Piers Morgan.

‘I will be precise here, the number of wounded is more than the number of dead, because there are people who have been wounded. There are also people who were wounded and then returned to the battlefield and were wounded again. Therefore, the number of wounded is 390,000,’ Zelensky said.

He also noted that thousands of military personnel are missing. It is not known how many of them are in Russian captivity.

According to him, Russia in the war against Ukraine has lost about 350 thousand military killed, another 50 to 70 thousand Russians are considered missing.

‘They have about 600,000 to 700,000 wounded, about a ratio of one to two, because their field medicine is weaker than ours, and they do not bring the wounded back, if a person is wounded on the battlefield, he stays there, so the estimates are roughly like that, but they very clearly correspond to reality,’ the Ukrainian president said.
