The Russian "shadow fleet" tanker Kairos attacked off Turkey has run aground and is in distress in Bulgarian territorial waters, local media reported

The damage to the vessel became known in the evening of November 28. CNN and Reuters sources reported that the Kairos, bound for Novorossiysk, was struck by Sea Baby marine drones used by the Ukrainian Security Service. The attack was part of a series of strikes on tankers from Russia's shadow fleet.
On November 29, Ukrainian media quoted sources as saying that the SBU had claimed responsibility for blowing up two tankers from Russia's "shadow fleet," Kairos and Virat, in the Black Sea.
