Earlier, he was fired from the post of the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has removed Andriy Yermak from the composition of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Stavka and the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

This is reported by Charter97.org with reference to the relevant decrees of the Ukrainian head of state.

Presidential decrees No. 901/2025 and No. 902/2025 provide for appropriate changes in the composition of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Headquarters and the National Security and Defense Council after the dismissal of Andriy Yermak from the post of head of the Presidential Office.

Reminder, on November 28, detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine conducted searches at the home of the then head of the Presidential Office of Ukraine Andriy Yermak. The investigative actions were related to the high-profile Midas case, which concerns a large-scale corruption scheme at Enerhoatom.

On the same day, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Ukraine must maintain its internal strength and not be distracted by anything other than defense. Therefore, he decided to conduct a reset of the Office of the President. In particular, Yermak wrote his resignation letter.

A few hours later it became known that the head of the Ukrainian state signed a decree dismissing Yermak from the post of the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
