Lithuania Extends Airspace Closure Near The Border With Belarus

New deadlines have become known.

The closure of Lithuania's airspace on the border with Belarus has been extended until February next year, BNS reports.

It was previously planned that the restrictions would be in place until December.

Lithuanian Defense Ministry earlier said that part of the airspace on the border with Belarus was closed due to potential threats, especially to civil aviation, associated with airspace violations by drones.
