Did A Senile Lukashenko Go On His Last Tour?

Health conditions leave no chance for the dictator.

The ruler of Belarus visited a number of countries over the past week, where, according to the official version, he "discussed the implementation of the most important projects of bilateral cooperation."

"Filin" found out from political observer Alexander Fridman what could be the real goals of the route with intricate geography.

- First of all, Myanmar, Oman and Algeria are all non-democratic countries, where human rights and similar issues are viewed in the same way as in Belarus itself. Therefore, these are ideal partners for Lukashenko. There may indeed be markets for Belarusian goods and services of various kinds.

In general, these countries are united by the fact that Lukashenko has interests in each of them. He believes that he should visit them personally to give the cooperation the necessary impetus. On the other hand, these are also the states that are ready to talk to him. There are not so many of them.

Probably, because it is quite difficult for Lukashenko to travel (due to his health condition - ed.), he decided to visit them all in one go.

- But his goals in each country were different?

- They were different. Myanmar was an official return visit. In the case of Oman, it can be attributed to the development of relations, further deepening them.

- I suppose there were also medical purposes. Because after all, the official program was small and Lukashenko looked somehow atypical during these meetings, he was not in a suit.

It is not excluded that Lukashenko could have undergone medical examinations in Oman, perhaps he had a rest. After all, Oman is a rich state with a high level of medicine.
