"According to sources, the meeting in Brussels has been canceled. Zelensky is returning home," Rafoglu wrote.
An earlier aide to Russian dictator Yuri Ushakov said that American representatives promised to return to Washington immediately after the talks in Moscow.

What preceded
We will recall that on December 2, the Kremlin hosted talks between Russian dictator Vladimir Putin and the special envoy of the American president Steve Whitkoff. The meeting lasted more than 4 hours, during which the participants discussed the US peace plan for Ukraine.
According to Putin's adviser Yuri Ushakov, the topic of the conversation was the essence of US President Donald Trump's plan, not specific proposals.
He said that no compromises have been found so far, and a meeting between the leaders of Russia and the United States is not planned at the moment.
