Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky held a telephone conversation with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, during which he discussed the results of negotiations with American leader Donald Trump at his residence Mar-a-Lago (Florida). A few hours before the Ukrainian president's conversation with Merz, the secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC), Rustem Umerov, said on his X page about the phone call between Zelensky and the US president's special envoy Steven Whitkoff.
