Belarusian Hockey Player Protas Became Santa For American Children

The forward gave a skating lesson to the Washington Capitals' youngest kids.

Belarusian forward "Washington Capitals" Alexei Protas took part in the traditional Christmas action of the club.

Together with teammates Anthony Beauvillier and Justin Surdiff, the forward held a skating lesson for the club's youngest students.

The hockey players took to the ice in funny holiday costumes.

"It's really precious to see the kids enjoy skating. To be happy and have fun with them and their parents is amazing. What did you wish for for Christmas? I wished for new gloves and hopefully I'll get them soon," Protas shared his emotions from the event.
