According to the movement's agents, the headquarters of the 31st Air Defense Division of the Russian Federation may be functioning in the city, with the enemy actively using conspiracy methods. The object in question is located at coordinates 44.537102, 33.5116642.

Mock-ups of military equipment have been recorded on the territory, which, according to ATESH, indicates attempts to mislead and conceal the real purpose of the location. At the same time, there are signs of a command post operation - periodic movements of servicemen and activity of communication facilities.

The movement notes that S-300/S-400 SAM launchers are deployed in another area - on the territory of the 15th Independent Coastal Missile and Artillery Brigade (coordinates 44.565255, 33.496579).
