Who Can Win The Elections In Ukraine

The poll showed the top three leaders in the possible presidential election.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, former commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces Valeriy Zaluzhny and chief of the Main Intelligence Directorate Kyrill Budanov are currently the main favorites for the presidential rating among Ukrainians.

This is according to the results of a sociological survey conducted by SOCIS in December 2025.

Presidential rating in Ukraine

According to the study, in the case of presidential elections in the near future in the first round, 21.6% of respondents would support Volodymyr Zelensky, Valeriy Zaluzhny - 20.9%, and Kirill Budanov - 5.7%. These candidates demonstrate the highest indicators of electoral support among all the participants of the rating.

At the same time, a significant part of voters remains uncertain: 24.1% of respondents said that they have not yet made their choice or abstained from answering, which may significantly affect the configuration of forces in case of a full-fledged election campaign.

At the same time, the study shows that Kirill Budanov and Valery Zaluzhny have the highest electoral potential among all other potential candidates.
