Ukrainian Paratroopers First Destroyed A New Russian "rover" Near Pokrovsk

On the outskirts of Pokrovsk in Donetsk region, the Ukrainian military for the first time destroyed a new Russian logistics vehicle of the entry type. The corresponding video was released online.

The 7th Rapid Reaction Corps of the Airborne Assault Troops of the AFU reports this in Telegram.

The corps explained that the vehicle in question is a four-wheel drive vehicle "Ulan-2", created on the basis of the civilian commercial chassis "Sobol 4x4". The Russian side announced the beginning of the allegedly "mass" delivery of these vehicles to the frontline back in the fall.

According to the military, the other day several such vehicles were detected by drone operators on the occupants' logistical routes in the strip of responsibility of the units of the 7th Corps of the ShR DSHV.

The corps ironically noted that Russian troops were probably bringing "gifts" to their units for New Year's Eve, but Ukrainian paratroopers got ahead of the enemy and destroyed the equipment.

"They say it was the occupants who were bringing "gifts" for their aswabadiers on New Year's Eve. But our military got ahead of them and handed them their own - without the service of return," the report said.
